Lamabet Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the agreement between you and Lamabet, also written as Lama bet, when you register for and use our casino and sportsbook services in Canada. They are written to be read, not skimmed past, so we have kept the language plain and grouped everything into numbered sections. Please take the time to go through them before you open an account or place your first bet.

Lamabet operates under a licence issued in Anjouan and forms part of the Boomerang group of gaming brands. All play is settled in Canadian dollars (C$), and our services are aimed at players located in Canada who meet the eligibility rules below.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box during registration, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. They work alongside our privacy policy, cookie policy, bonus rules and any specific promotion terms, all of which form part of the same agreement. If there is any point you do not accept, please do not register or continue to use the service. Where a specific promotion or game carries its own rules, those rules apply on top of the general terms on this page.

2. Eligibility

To hold a Lamabet account you must be at least 19 years of age, be a natural person acting on your own behalf, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be accessing the service from a territory where online gambling is prohibited or where our licence does not extend. We may refuse to open an account, or close an existing one, where local law restricts our services. 3. Account Registration and the One-Account Rule

You may hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether to claim bonuses more than once or for any other reason, is not allowed, and duplicate accounts may be closed with related bonus winnings removed. When you register you agree to give accurate, current and complete details, and to keep them up to date. Your account is personal to you; you must not let anyone else use it, and you must not use anyone else's.

Keeping Your Lamabet Account Secure

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is treated as your own, so choose a strong password, avoid sharing it, and sign out on shared devices. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification

All transactions are handled in Canadian dollars. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name; using a card or account belonging to someone else is not permitted. Deposits are usually credited straight away, while withdrawals are processed once any required checks are complete.

Before your first withdrawal, and from time to time afterwards, we carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as required by our licence and by anti-money-laundering rules. You may be asked to supply proof of identity, proof of address and proof of ownership of a payment method. Withdrawals are paid back to the method used to deposit wherever possible. 5. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are optional. If you would rather play only with your own funds, you can decline any offer or opt out during deposit. When you do accept a bonus, general rules apply so that offers stay fair for everyone.

The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of x35, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered thirty-five times before related winnings can be withdrawn.
While a bonus is active, the maximum bet allowed is C$10 per spin or hand; larger stakes may void the bonus and any winnings tied to it.
Different games contribute at different rates toward wagering, and some games may be excluded from bonus play entirely.
Each promotion may set its own minimum deposit, time limit and maximum cash-out, which are shown in the specific offer terms.
Attempting to game a promotion through irregular play, low-risk betting patterns or multiple accounts may lead to forfeited winnings.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

We are committed to a level playing field for every customer, and we expect the same in return. The following conduct is not permitted and may lead to suspension or closure of your account.

Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools or any external assistance to place bets.
Colluding with other players, exploiting a fault in a game, or taking advantage of a technical error.
Money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or funding play with the proceeds of crime.
Creating additional accounts, or acting on behalf of a person who has self-excluded or been barred.
Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward our staff or other players.

Where a game malfunctions, the round is void and stakes are returned; a malfunction voids all related pays and play. We keep records of activity and may investigate any account that shows signs of the behaviour listed above.
